CSE-23831 - USA (Westland, Michigan) - Armed Security Guard Services - Deadline June 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide armed security guard services to the government authority located in Westland, MI.–  City hall staff and patrons while effectively dealing with problematic individuals, with an emphasis on de–escalation and minimal physical interaction.– Monitoring the building and grounds both on foot and via the city hall camera system.– Assisting in daily closings including ensuring patrons exit the building, securing entrances, and seeing staff safely to their cars.– Dealing with problematic patrons and de–escalating situations.– Enforcing City Hall policies.– Coordinating with the Police Department when necessary.– Protecting the interior of the building and property during election services.– Monday through Friday, 8:45 am – 5:00 pm.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
