Description

The City of Lebanon, New Hampshire is interested in identifying a qualified and capable developer to propose and complete the redevelopment and revitalization of City-owned parcels located at 14, 28, and 30 Main Street (hereinafter “the Main Street Properties” or “the Redevelopment Site”) within the West Lebanon Village core. The redevelopment of this site could include mixed-use development of multiple stories of sufficient architectural character and quality to support the City’s Master Plan goals for high-performing facilities, to contribute taxable value, to add vitality and vibrancy to Main Street, and to be compatible with the appearance of surrounding West Lebanon Village buildings.
