(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting environmental services to the government authority located in Carpinteria, CA.– The consulting services will be administered by the Public Works Department under the direct supervision of the Environmental Program Manager with the oversight of the Public Works Director.– Develop and evaluate metrics to gauge Program’s effectiveness. – Provide advisory assistance with development/construction/post construction project requirements as needed. – Perform rainy season sampling and monitoring as required. – Conduct periodic evaluations of City staff activities (e.g., maintenance, landscaping, and street cleaning/sweeping) to verify stormwater implementation, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions as needed. – Perform annual inspections of all City facilities for stormwater pollution hotspots. – Perform inspections for stormwater control measures. – Provide general program assistance.
