(1) Vendor needs to provide communication strategy services.– Advisory, Stakeholder Engagement and Market Development Services to Advance Child–Lens Investing in the United Kingdom– Develop a communication strategy and implementation plan that will increase the understanding, visibility, relevance, interest and adoption of Child–Lens Investing among external stakeholders while simultaneously strengthening internal awareness, ownership and engagement across agency.– Strategy is to be used as strategic tool for market development, advocacy, partnership building, and institutional change– Assess the current communications landscape, assets, audiences, and opportunities related to Child–Lens Investing.– Develop an overall strategic positioning and narrative – Develop a strategic approach covering positioning, messaging, channels, and engagement approaches for both audiences.– Develop an implementation roadmap for execution over a multi–year period– Develop a portfolio of products and content architecture, with samples for each product category– Comprehensive external communications strategy– Digital communications strategy– Strategic positioning and overall narrative– Recommendations and outline for an Internal agency communication and engagement strategy– Communication Toolkit and Outreach(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
