(1) Vendor needs to provide materials laboratory testing services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.– Provide a full range of material testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, chemical, and asphalt materials. – Testing may be in support of preliminary engineering, construction material quality control or material quality assurance on design/bid/build and design/build projects. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
