Vendor needs to provide high–injury network update consultant service to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO. – The main outcomes for this project include:• Updated high–injury network data, maps, and spatial datasets• Updated priority lists• Regional Critical Road Safety List and supporting fact sheets• County–level vulnerable road user high–injury networks• New dashboard/mapping tool to display and safety data that is publicly accessible andIntuitive– The Consultant shall compile the crash datasets into GIS for spatial analysis. The Consultant shall provide comprehensive, updated documentation of the methodology used to allow Council staff to understand and reproduce the analysis in future updates.– The Consultant shall develop a new user–friendly, interactive, and publicly accessible web–based mapping tool / dashboard to visualize the updated High Injury Network data, its associated attributes, and relevant layers.– The Consultant shall develop a new user–friendly, interactive, and publicly accessible web–based mapping tool / dashboard to visualize the updated High Injury Network data, its associated attributes, and relevant layers.– The Consultant shall also provide sufficient documentation for Council staff to interpret, use, andmaintain each GIS layer, as well as a cost estimate for the maintenance of the dashboard.– The Consultant shall work with agency’s Communications Department to develop graphics and maps to share with the general public on social media and on agency’s website.
