(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Greenville, SC.– Construction manager at risk (CMAR) services in connection with the design of a wheeled sports park facility that will be the first of its kind in the area.– Construct a best–in–class concrete skatepark, asphalt pumptrack, bicycle playground, and associated facilities including to site work, utilities, parking, site lighting, pavilion, restrooms, landscaping, pathways, seating areas, shade structures, signage, trail amenities, site furnishings, paved trail connection.– Develop and maintain a detailed cost–loaded schedule (CPM) including delivery, approvals, inspection, testing, construction and occupancy.– CMAR to provide expertise to the Owner and Architect in pre–construction and construction phase services for this project.– Prepare construction delivery, staging and site utilization plan. – Site logistic study.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 03, 2026(3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
