Installation, Maintenance, & Repair of Temporary Landfill Cap (New, Routine, and Emergency)

Bids are solicited for routine and emergency maintenance of the existing 20 mil temporary cover system on an as -needed basis and installation of approximately 2 acres of new temporary cover at the ACUA Hanemann Environmental Park in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The new temporary cover installation includes but is not limited to the following tasks: furnishing and installation of new 20 mil geosynthetic cover, cover panel seaming, rope ballast line, sandbag, and anchor installation, liner anchor trench construction along the top and side slope of the landfill, and installation of 20 mil liner boots around existing gas and leachate collection penetrations. All work to be performed according to the plans and specifications.
