(1) Vendor needs to provide professional consulting, event coordination, industry outreach, and recruitment services.– Consultants to provide professional consulting, event coordination, industry outreach, and recruitment services.– Properties are strategically located within the agency beachfront main street redevelopment area and offers direct access to the pier, hotels, restaurants, and public amenities. – Encouraged to conduct independent due diligence regarding site conditions, zoning requirements, utilities, access, environmental conditions, and development feasibility.– Market and site analysis:– Evaluate competitive entertainment destinations and emerging industry trends.– Identify attraction types most suitable for current and projected market conditions.– Industry outreach and recruitment:– Identify qualified amusement park, theme attraction, entertainment, hospitality, and tourism operators.– Develop a targeted recruitment strategy utilizing industry networks, trade associations, conferences, and private–sector contacts.– Event coordination and showcase:– Organize and manage an engagement or showcase event to highlight the development opportunities.– Vendor tents, staging, set design, décor.– Portable toilets, barricades, generators, lighting, and event infrastructure.– Marketing and material development:– Develop a site opportunity brochure, investment prospectus, and presentation materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
