(1) Vendor needs to provide portable under–vehicle surveillance system to the government authority located in Detroit, MI. – The proposed Under–Vehicle Surveillance System (UVSS) shall be a portable, integrated hardware and software solution designed to enhance security operations through advanced vehicle inspection capabilities.– The system must support rapid deployment, ultra–high–resolution imaging in real time (live), intelligent data management for both live monitoring and forensic analysis, and secure, scalable user access.• Core functional requirements:– Portability and ease of deployment.– Real–time and archived video monitoring.– Ultra–high–resolution undercarriage imaging (real–time capture).– Integrated License Plate Recognition (LPR).– Image and data correlation.– Reference image database.– User licensing and access scalability.– User–friendly interface and operation.– System integration and compatibility.– Data storage and retrieval.• Cybersecurity and Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements:– Data Protection and Encryption.– Access Control and Authentication.– Audit Logging and Monitoring.– Network Security.– System Hardening and Patch Management• Durability and environmental performance: The system components must be designed for reliable operation in various environmental conditions, including outdoor deployments, and shall withstand typical Michigan weather and urban vehicle traffic conditions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.
