(1) Vendor needs to provide public and media relations agency services.– Public relations agencies, boutique firms, and independent public relations professionals with demonstrated experience in tourism, destination, hospitality, or place–based public relations.– Develop an annual, story–driven public relations plan aligned with Visit Sebring's fiscal year, strategic priorities, marketing program, major events, and priority audiences.– Translate rural assets, local personalities, community collaboration, and niche experiences into authentic, media–ready story angles.– Respond promptly to qualified media inquiries and coordinate interviews, information, photography, and follow–up.– Prepare destination messaging, story ideas, media materials, appointment schedules, and follow–up plans for these activities.– Online media resources and recommend improvements to press materials, photography access, destination facts, media contacts, and journalist usability.– Help ensure that approved media materials remain accurate, current, accessible, and useful across earned and AI–assisted discovery environments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
