EXTRA-72971 - USA (Juneau, Alaska) - Indicator Project Service - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide indicator project service to the government authority located in Juneau, AL.– Conduct yearly census of all parents with children with individualized education plans.– Develop database of parent contact information and related student demographic information.– Collect and track returned mail, extract surveys from envelopes, clean surveys as necessary, and scan returns.– Provides a scaled score on the entire survey for each individual.– Prepare mailing list and identification system to send a survey announcement and conduct a telephone survey.– Demographic analyses are conducted to determine representativeness of the data.– Provide data to state contractors concerning additional items related to transition from high schooland early childhood literacy perceptions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
