Vendor needs to provide grant management and related services to the government authority located in Lake Charles, LA. – Provide services related to professional grant management, application development, program implementation, compliance, monitoring, and closeout services on an as–needed, task–order basis.– Residential elevation, mitigation reconstruction, acquisition/demolition or relocation, floodproofing where eligible, wind retrofit, and other residential mitigation activities.– Identify and evaluate potential mitigation opportunities and advise the Parish regarding program eligibility, competitiveness, application requirements, schedules, and documentation needs.– Coordinate with Parish staff, homeowners, engineers, architects, surveyors, environmental professionals, utilities, state agencies, and other technical parties to obtain application information.
