MEDI-7912 - USA (New Mexico) - Medical and Mental Health Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical and mental health services to the government authority located in NM.• Providing integrated health care services, including health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment, and rehabilitation as appropriate for correctional institutions• The Contractor will obtain any additional required medical equipment and will provide for necessary medical and office supplies•The Contractor will be required to use various information technology systems for managing the medical and mental health care of the inmates.  – Examples include: Electronic Inmate Health Records (EMHR), Data Wiring, Data Communications, Hardware (including PCs and Video Conferencing equipment), and Training• The development, maintenance and annual review of administrative and operational policies and procedures, and such other manuals and documents that help guide staff in providing quality care in an effective and efficient manner• The establishment of a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) committee to develop and implement a plan to monitor services through quality assurance review and inspections• The Contractor shall be responsible for establishing and providing evidence of a formal mortality review process• The establishment of a Utilization Review Program for the review and analysis of the utilization of off–site referrals including subspecialty and inpatient stays• The Contractor will be responsible for all costs associated with safety, sanitation, and infection control activity to monitor the incidence of infectious and communicable disease to prevent their incidence and spread, and for the care and treatment of inmates infected(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Site visit will be held on July 28, 2026
