(1) Vendor needs to provide spanish substance use disorder community education presentations service to the government authority located in Washington, OR. – Provide substance use disorder (SUD) community education presentations to eligible spanish–speaking county residents who do not speak english, or whose primary language is not english.– Advertise and promote Spanish SUD community education presentations to the Spanish–speaking community about the availability of Spanish SUD presentations;– Ensure staff delivering services are fluent in Spanish, and are familiar with local Spanish culture;– Translate and align English–focused SUD presentations into Spanish, and ensure translated presentation materials reflect local Spanish culture and norms;– Schedule, arrange, and organize SUD community education presentations to the Spanish–speaking community in Washington County;– Deliver a minimum of 8, approximately 1–hour Spanish SUD community education presentations in County each fiscal year during the 5–year funding cycle;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
