(1) Vendor needs to provide water quality surveillance and response system to the government authority located in Maryland– Consultant to support the agency drinking water contamination preparedness, surveillance, and response programs– Consultant will provide technical expertise to review and enhance the agency current surveillance and response systems, including online water quality monitoring, customer complaint surveillance, laboratory confirmation capabilities, and consequence management procedures.– Services will include contaminant prioritization and risk assessment, evaluation and recommendation of monitoring technologies and instrumentation, development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support for training and preparedness exercises for the Contamination Rapid Response Team.(2) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website
