Request For Proposals -- DRPA-14-2026 - Two (2) Year Contract for Above Ground Fuel Storage and Dispensing System Maintenance and Emergency Services for the DRPA and PATCO

The Delaware River Port Authority ("Authority") hereby invites interested suppliers to submit proposals for DRPA-14-2026 - Two (2) Year Contract for Above Ground Fuel Storage and Dispensing System Maintenance and Emergency Services for the DRPA and PATCO . This public advertisement constitutes the DRPA’s formal solicitation. Basis of Award : This contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on the basis of the lowest, overall price submitted, in the best interest of the DRPA for supplying all the products specified in compliance with stated General Conditions, Special Provisions and Specifications using the estimated quantities provided. Non-Mandatory Site Inspection will be held starting at 9:00 am, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 beginning at the Ben Franklin Bridge, Camden, NJ 08101 with the Walt Whitman Bridge Philadelphia, PA 19147. The Authority’s Board of Commissioners has adopted a resolution stating suppliers seeking contracted work must be prevented from influencing the vendor selection process. In order to be considered in the vendor selection process, a Political Contribution Form and Certification must be completed and submitted with the Request for Proposals. Copies of the Proposals and Political Contribution Form and Certification, shall be submitted, in PDF format, via SAP Ariba no later than Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11 a.m. . Faxed, e-mailed, or hard copies of Proposals will NOT be accepted.
