(1) Vendor needs to provide as needed moving, delivery and relocation services to the government authority located in Corpus Christi, TX. – Perform moving, delivery, and relocation services for all locations. – Packing and unpacking office supplies and associated items.– Securing furniture to be moved or relocated.– Move or relocate furniture and associated items from one office to another in the same building.– Move or relocate furniture and associated items from one office to another location.– Loading and driving.– Estimating.– Clean–up.– Disposal services (removing unwanted items and proper disposal).– Material pick–up and delivery.– Equipment moving.– Table and chair set–up and break–down.• Contractor shall be responsible for making repairs or replacement of any material or equipment damaged during the completion of work or as a result of action or inaction by agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
