(1) Vendor needs to provide science park development services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.– Site plan including how the proposed building will be oriented on the Site, and showing building elements, landscaping, parking and access (vehicular and pedestrian);– Description of land use types, styles, and square footage proposed for each land use type; and– Infrastructure requirements.– List expected terms for the project financing by source, including loan amounts, interest rates, term length, and any special loan covenants/requirements.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
