(1) Vendor needs to provide investment management advisory services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Maintain a client base that includes 5 institutional clients, preferably including public funds, governmental entities, or similar organizations– Maintain all applicable licenses, registrations, and regulatory approvals required to provide investment management services;– Ensure that all personnel assigned to this engagement hold appropriate and current professional licenses and registrations, as applicable to their role; and– Remain in good standing with all applicable regulatory bodies throughout the term of the contract.– Portfolio observations and investment strategy(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
