(1) Vendor needs to provide special counsel service for workplace investigative services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ. – Perform an objective and neutral investigation of each matter.– Develop a comprehensive record of allegations and evidence supporting and/or refuting the allegations in order to enable the agency to make informed decisions regarding the matter.– Inform each participant of the investigator's purpose in the investigation process, his or her obligation to keep the matter confidential and to be truthful, and of the agency’s prohibition againstretaliation for initiating or participating in an investigation.– Report all findings and conclusions orally to the Supervising Attorney.– Upon the Supervising Attorney's request, submit an Investigation Report including a summary of the procedures followed, details of the information obtained, and recommended findings and conclusions.– If necessary, testify and otherwise assist agency Officials in an administrative and/or or other legal proceedings.– Other related services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
