Willimantic, CT Removal and replacement of the existing roofing and roof drainage systems serving flat roof section of the “Chiller Mezzanine” Area. Removal & replacement of existing structural steel support framing serving chiller(s). Removal and replacement rooftop mounted air-cooled chillers, hydronic pumps, motor controllers, power and control wiring including associated controls.
