Planning Services for Kershaw County Safe Streets and Roads for All Safety Action Plan

Kershaw County seeks the services of a firm, partnership, joint venture or team experienced in multimodal transportation planning and engineering to develop a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Safety Action Plan focused on reducing and eliminating severe injury and fatality crashes on all roadways within the County and developing and implementing demonstration projects and the post installation evaluation of those projects.
