Vendor needs to provide stakeholder experience services to provide a solution to improve real–time visibility into program spending, utilization, claims, service delivery, stakeholder experience, and provider performance patterns to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.• Improved real–time visibility into program spending, service delivery, stakeholder experience, and provider performance patterns.• Improved ability to explain program performance to executive leadership, the department of budget, the general assembly, federal partners, providers, participants, families, and advocates.• Better alignment between data findings, fiscal decisions, operational reforms, and stakeholder communications.• Measurable improvements in stakeholder experience.• Support meaningful engagement with individuals receiving services, families, providers, advocacy organizations, community partners, and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure communications are accessible, timely, transparent, and responsive to stakeholder needs.• Evaluate stakeholder feedback and engagement outcomes to identify barriers, recurring concerns, and opportunities to improve the stakeholder experience. Develop recommendations and support initiatives that strengthen communication, transparency, and stakeholder confidence in programs and services.• Identify and map key stakeholder groups, including individuals with lived experience, families, caregivers, providers, advocates, support coordinators, regional stakeholders, and legislative stakeholders.• Conduct stakeholder journey mapping to identify pain points, barriers, communication gaps, and process frustrations.• Establish feedback loops through surveys, listening sessions, focus groups, advisory meetings, interviews, or other methods approved by agency.
