(1) Vendor needs to provide development consultant services to the government authority located in New Haven, NJ.– Development Consultant is responsible for researching information that will support written grants for submission.– This individual will write and submit grant proposals to secure public and private funding in support of organizational programs, operations and strategic priorities.– This role collaborates closely with executive leadership, program staff, finance, and external partners to ensure high–quality, compliant, and competitive grant submissions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
