(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits service for Life, STD, FSA, HAS and COBRA to the government authority located in city. • Provide customer service to answer inquiries on claims, eligibility, provider network, services, coverage, or other inquiries.• Receive claims and process payments of benefits in accordance with the plan designs for all claims incurred.• Provide a designated call and claim unit with toll free telephone access.• Basic life and accidental death and dismemberment.• Short–term disability (STD).• Flexible spending account (FSA) administration.• Health spending account (HSA) administration. • COBRA administration. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 23, 2026.
