(1) Vendor needs to provide video surveillance service to the government authority located in Geneva, AL.– (20) H4W2PER3 Honeywell 2MP Dome Cameras– (1) HEN32114 12TB Network Video recorder– (1) TQ–TPETG80 8 Port POE Switch – Generic– Supplier services shall include annual surveillance equipment maintenance.– Inspection service shall include cleaning of 20 camera lens, check camera views and adjust if necessary; inspect all equipment to ensure proper working order.– Replacement of Camera & Network Video Recorder equipment must be compatible with Honeywell brand.– Camera & Network Video Recorder must always be compatible with each other.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.
