(1) Vendor needs to provide fixed–mount automatic license plate reader program services to the government authority located in Redwood, CA. – Provide Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR) equipment, software and support services, for maintaining the current twenty–five (25) fixed ALPRs. • Capabilities, controls, contractual commitments, audit mechanisms, administrative processes:– Multi–lane plate capture capability– Real–time hot–list alerting– Custom hot–list management– Real–time information center and platform integrations– No secondary use of agency data– Agency–controlled sharing only– No default or unauthorized sharing or access– Federal and out–of–state access disabled– No vendor–side override– Complete auditability– Audit logs must be exportable and complete– Transparency and reporting– Cybersecurity requirements– Data retention and deletion– Enforceable commitments(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
