(1) Vendor needs to provide construction engineering and inspection services to the government authority located in Leesburg, VA.– Provide fulltime on–site inspection, construction administration, materials sampling and testing,documentation management, and related engineering and compliance support.– Project will also include:• Gravity Retaining Walls• Roadway Resurfacing• Crosswalk Improvements• Storm Sewer and Drainage Improvements• Waterline Utility Plans• Sidewalk, Curb Ramp, Crosswalk, and Intersection Improvements• Signalized Intersections Improvements• Pipe Rehabilitation• Multi–Phased Traffic Management Plan(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 22, 2026.
