INSU-6173 - USA (Arnold, Missouri) - Insurance Broker and Consultant Service - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance broker and consultant service to the government authority located in Arnold, MO. – Provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services, including strategic planning, plan design, market analysis, and ongoing support for the agency’s employee benefits programs.– The selected broker/consultant shall provide strategic planning and renewal support for all agency benefit programs, including but not limited to medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life, disability, stop–loss, and ancillary benefits.– As directed by the agency, the broker and consultant shall manage and lead the marketing and procurement process for benefit programs.– The broker/consultant shall provide ongoing financial reporting and analysis to support fiscal oversight and decision–making.– The broker/consultant shall assist the agency with the design, implementation, and administration of benefit programs.– The broker/consultant shall support effective communication and employee engagement.– The broker/consultant shall provide proactive guidance and assistance related to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.(3) The Letter of Intent must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.
