(1) Vendor needs to provide outreach, alternatives analysis, conceptual engineering and environmental clearance support services. • Alternatives analysis, conceptual engineering, environmental documentation, stakeholder coordination, conceptual cost estimating, benefit–cost analysis, and preparation of grant–ready technical documentation necessary to advance one preferred crossing improvement alternative toward future implementation• Prepare and maintain the project schedule.• Public outreach and agency coordination• Conduct monthly coordination meetings.• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.• Maintain project action item log.• Prepare invoices and budget tracking.• Intelligent Transportation Systems• Environmental constraints analysis• Property ownership mapping(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
