SPECIFICATIONS FOR SIDEWALK INSPECTION, GRINDING, REMOVAL & REPAIRS

The bid for services is for a contract for the Sidewalk Trip Hazard Remediation and Condition. The initial Contract term will be for a one-year period (12 months) with up to four (4) additional one-year (12-month) renewal periods, for a possible cumulative total of five years (60 months). The Work may include, removing and replacing damaged sidewalks, and grinding raised joints and uneven cracks. Staff in the City of Hollywood Streets Division will designate initial Work Areas for the Contractor to begin work, but the Contractor will be responsible for repairing sidewalks as determined by the City of Hollywood Streets Division.
