(1) Vendor needs to provide aviation planning and programing consultant services to the government authority located in Miami, FL.– Aviation planning and project programming services to support the efforts of the aviation planning, land use, and grants division.– Airfield, runway, taxiway, and apron simulation modeling, analysis, planning, programming studies, and conceptual design and engineering.– Regional aviation planning.– Development, preparation, and support of airport layout plans.– Capital improvement program (CIP) analysis, development, and support.– Joint automated capital improvement program (JACIP) support.– Feasibility analyses and benefit–cost studies.– Evaluation and support of green and sustainability initiatives.– Public hearing and stakeholder outreach logistics and support.– Maintenance and support of planning division web–based tools, including the interactive airport layout plan (iALP) system and the three–dimensional airspace analysis program (3DAAP), as well as the development of new applications critical to planning.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) A not mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
