(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based sponsored projects administration system.– A comprehensive, cloud–based software as a service (SaaS) electronic research administration system focused specifically on the sponsored project lifecycle.– Provide all system infrastructure, configuration, implementation, training, and ongoing support for the new era platform.– The system will directly support direct system–to–system (s2s) proposal submissions,– Data collection and reporting, advanced internal routing for approvals and specific resource commitments, and a unified Centralized award repository tying proposal and award data to support life–of–award management.– Be delivered as a cloud–based SaaS platform.– Allow testing of integrations, APLs, and system configuration changes within the non–production environment.– Be browser agnostic and support current versions of major browsers.– Provide a responsive user interface optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.– 24x7x365 infrastructure monitoring and management.– Compliance and ethics management the system must support identification, tracking, and management of project–specific compliance requirements.(2) The contract period will be for seven years.
