(1) Vendor needs to provide housing inspection services to the government authority located in Snow Hill, MD.– Provide low–to–moderate income homeowners with the means to rehabilitate their substandard housing structures throughout the county.– Initial property evaluation.– Provide a detailed write–up with line–item breakdown for work required to bring the property.– Use estimating software to provide a cost estimate for each project.– Assist program coordinator in evaluating contractor proposals for completeness and cost accuracy.– Progress inspections and payment requests.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
