STAFF-17171 - USA (Colorado) - Fiscal Agent and Employer Services - Deadline December 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fiscal agent and employer services to the government authority located in Colorado.– Protect, restore and improve public safety through a continuum of services that effectively provides supervision of juvenile offenders; promotes accountability to victims and communities; and helps youth lead constructive lives through positive youth development– Fiscal agent services for the program include entering into a contract with the Division of Youth Services to receive and manage the funds allocated to the judicial district– Provide adequate fiscal oversight of the agency contract awarded for alternative services in the 17th Judicial District– Provide a benefit package, including leave policies and administration, and insurance consistent with market conditions and the expectations of the Juvenile Services Planning Committee. – Provide liability insurance to include corporate, staff, and client (when appropriate) coverage.– Attend monthly agency meetings, quarterly executive committee meetings, and other planning meetings assigned by the agency.– Provide office space in the 17th Judicial District for staff, client visits, and program administration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 17,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
