(1) Vendor needs to provide construction materials testing and special inspection servicesto the government authority located in Swansea, SC.• provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, certified personnel, incidentals, and services necessary to complete the Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Special Inspection Services• Soils & Foundations• Proof rolling: Observation of subgrade proof rolling prior to fill placement to identify and remediate soft areas.• Density & Compaction Testing: Conducting laboratory moisture–density relationship testing (ASTM D698 Proctor) and field density compaction testing on site grading and utility backfill.• Foundation Evaluations: Inspecting and testing shallow foundation excavations to confirm soil bearing capacity relative to structural design specifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
