EXTRA-72713 - USA (Bellingham, Washington) - Mitigation Site Monitoring and Reporting Service - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mitigation site monitoring and reporting service to the government authority located in Bellingham, WA.     – Provide mitigation monitoring, evaluation, compliance, reporting, and related environmental services.– Provide mitigation monitoring and reporting services necessary to support permit requirements and approved mitigation plans.– Monitoring visits and site evaluations shall be conducted at the frequency and timing specified in applicable performance standards, mitigation plans, and permit conditions.– Technical recommendations, critical area assessments, and mitigation plan for mitigation sites in the planning phase.– Maintenance coordination, recommendations, and tracking.– Data collection and analysis.– Preparation of as–built reports and mitigation monitoring reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
