Begg Pool Maintenance Services

The City of Manhattan Beach is seeking a qualified contractor for pool maintenance services. Located at 1402 N. Peck Avenue, Begg Pool is 45 feet x 75 feet and is about 3.5 ft deep in the shallow part of the pool reaching down to 4.5 feet at the deepest point for an approximate total of 130,000 gallons of water. The pool hosts a variety of recreation programs and classes, including swim lessons, lap swim, swim team, water aerobics, summer camp programs, water safety classes, recreational water play, and required Manhattan Beach Middle School physical education swim classes. The City will hold a pre-proposal meeting for contractors to review the site and associated equipment. Please review the specifications and requirements for submitting your proposal.
