The City of Atlanta (City) Department of Public Works and Department of Parks and Recreation intend to identify one or more vendors that are capable of processing organic vegetative material collected by the City from residences and municipal parks to produce quality reuse products such as compost, wood chips, mulch, and other marketable products. For the purposes of this solicitation, yard debris is defined as grass clippings, small brush, tree debris, hedge clippings, leaves, shrubs, trees, discarded Christmas trees, and nursery or greenhouse vegetative residuals.
