Dargaville High School Window Joinery Replacement and Hall Toilet Upgrade

The Contract Works required are: - Replacement of existing timber window and exterior door joinery with thermally broken aluminium units across Blocks E, F, M and W, including linings, flashings, paint and weathertightness make-good. - Full refurbishment of the Hall toilet block in Block M (approx. 27m²): demolition, asbestos removal to the exterior wall, new partitions, sanitary fixtures, finishes, services, ventilation and a new hot water cylinder. - Block E and the Hall toilets must be completed and ready for Term 1 2027. - Disruptive works are confined to school holidays (mainly December 2026 to January 2027, with April 2027 as a second window). Staged handover is acceptable. - Known constraints: the school stays in use throughout, there is asbestos in the Hall toilet exterior wall, and classrooms must stay weathertight during joinery replacement. - The Principal strongly prefers responses with no tags on the contract, drawings or specification.
