(1) Vendor needs to provide residential organics transportation services to the government authority located in Portland, OR.– Receive and transport residential organics from transfer station to processing contractor.– Residential organics includes, but is not limited to:• Post–consumer food waste, including fruits, vegetables, dairy products, baked goods, grains, meats, bones, eggs, and fish.• Coffee grounds, filters, and tea bags.• Food–soiled pizza boxes.• Compostable can liners.• Food–soiled paper towels and napkins.• Yard debris, including weeds, leaves, grass, plant clippings, brush, and branches.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
