(1) Vendor needs to provide public benefits legal advocates project services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.– obtain all medical/behavioral health records that include the type of treatment, dates of service, and names and addresses of all providers.– Obtain the protected SSI application date from the Social Security Administration– Explain the next steps in the process to the client, including his/her reporting responsibilities.– Represent the referred client through the application process– Assist the referred client to effective bilingual interpretative services and translation services to individuals with limited English proficiency and effective communication to clients who may be Deaf, hard–of–hearing, blind, or have another qualifying disability.– Follow up with the Social Security Administration to obtain the results.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 25, 2026.
