DRA-11584 - USA (Chesapeake, Virginia) - Tolling Consultant Services - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide tolling consultant services to the government authority located in Chesapeake, VA.• Operational Reviews and Reporting– Provide comprehensive reporting of toll facility operations and congestion pricing algorithm and assist with review and adjustment of the pricing algorithm.• Analysis of Tolling Cost Data – Review and verify project cost data is accurate and appropriate.• Development of Independent Operating and Maintenance & Renewal and Replacement Estimates – Develop independent estimates and perform cost benefit analysis.• Traffic Analysis – Analyze traffic data, toll rates and conduct special analysis, as needed, and provide summary reports.• Vendor Performance and Selection – Review performance of various vendors and make recommendations on vendor selections.• Assist with developing and amending contracts/agreements.• Integration – Provide expertise in the integration for future segments of the agency network(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
