MB-10385 - USA (New Jersey) - Ambulance Billing and Collection Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide ambulance billing and collection services.– Provide mutual–aid basic life support (BLS) responses to municipalities.– A professional emergency medical and ambulance transport billing services contractor to identify, pursue, and attempt to collect from identified insurance companies all applicable insurance coverage for the cost of emergency medical services and ambulance transport services provided by county office of emergency management emergency medical services.– The county will however fully bill and collect all applicable fees for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) services.– The ability to interface with the agency's electronic patient care reporting software.– The County currently utilizes the EMS Charts Patient Care Reporting System.– County deployment consists of multiple ambulances staffed and in–service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24,2026.
