Vendor needs to provide math and reading high intensity tutoring service to the government authority located in State. – Vendors must supply tutors that can be relied upon to support students consistently on the schedule set.– Vendor must supply tutors that can ensure the psychological safety of students through training including, but not limited to, cultural competency, anti–bias, and anti–racism.– Vendors must demonstrate capacity to select, manage, and provide professional development to tutors that it places.– Vendor must supply tutors that can build on students’ sense of potential and purpose, foster a growth mindset, and build on the joy of learning.– Vendor must draw support from families and community members as partners in tutoring success.
