CONS-22524 - USA (Canton, Massachusetts) - Fire Station Feasibility Study Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire station feasibility study services to the government authority located in Canton, MA.– Consulting services to assist the Town in studying the feasibility of both its fire stations.– Feasibility study aims to inform the Town of future needs of the Fire Station Headquarters and station 2 in order to identify possible shared solutions to problems such as vehicle storage, parking and access, and to define the future building footprint.– Assume given the age of the buildings new MEP systems– Assess ceiling/acoustical tile, floor, wall and roof systems.– Determine compliance with applicable codes, accessibility, and adequacy of facilities for both genders.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
