INSU-6398 - USA (New Mexico) - Insurance Broker, Consulting, Administration Services and Loss Prevention Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance broker, consulting, administration services and loss prevention services to the government authority located in New Mexico. – The Offeror will provide professional staff who will provide Brokerage, Consulting, and Administration services.– Broker Services Offeror will provide seven (7) full–time professionals who provide Brokerage, Consulting, and Administration services. All individuals involved in this contract will have extensive experience in the field of insurance pooling with educational institutions.– Revise, issue, and distribute a Summary of Coverage to all Members.– Answer each Member's auditor's request for year–end premium and loss information when requested.– The services listed below contemplate that the Offeror will be responsible for all costs.– Provide advice and guidance with potential exposures.– Develop detailed claim procedures for workers' compensation, property and liability and renew them annually.– Review current insurance/self–insurance structure and assist in evaluating benefits, costs, and risks of alternative programs and recommend alternative risk financing methods.– Establish loss prevention and control services.– The services listed below contemplate the Contractor will be responsible for all costs.– The Contractor will provide administrative services to the Authority and each member.– Assist and coordinate with the Third–Party administrators in reviewing the Authority's risk management manual.– The loss prevention services will be a part of this contract and will not be unbundled.– Offeror will provide eighteen and a half (18.5) equivalent loss–prevention individuals.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026. c
