Description

The City of West Sacramento is soliciting Proposals from qualified Respondents (Vendor, VAR, or Installer) of various Solutions from qualified Suppliers (Manufacturer, Provider, or Supplier) to replace its aging telephone systems, all Avaya, with a new Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center (CC) platform at all its sites in the City of West Sacramento, California. While this project is driven by the lack of manufacturer support of the current systems, the City also wishes to use this opportunity to evaluate new technology that will increase productivity and enhance service quality. The new platform will support a total of approximately 400 stations at 17 City locations. The City has retained Communication Strategies (Consultant), an independent technology consulting firm, to assist in the design, evaluation, and implementation of this new platform.
