BANKING-9306 - USA (Des Moines, Iowa) - Investment Banking Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide investment banking services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.– Provide underwriting services for bond issuances supporting its state revolving fund (“SRF”) program. – The selected firm or firms will be expected to work closely with Authority staff, bond counsel, the municipal advisor, bond trustee, rating agencies, financial institutions, and other parties involved in the issuance of SRF bonds. – Senior Manager:– Develop and recommend financing structures to meet the Authority's SRF program goals and needs given current and projected market conditions.– Co–Manager:– Serve as co–manager of financing structures and transactions designed to fund the Authority's SRF activities, operating under the direction of the Authority and the Senior Manager.(2) The contract period will be for four years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
